Keep on keeping on
After I shook my licorice at the boys walking out of the dressing room I knew it would be a good night and here are Friday's quick thoughts on the game to prove why:
- Dion's goal! So nice, classic Phaneuf style, "proving why Darryl Sutter had that ear-to-ear grin when he drafted him," says R.J. Broadhead.
- Then, it's my boy's hit on Kopecky. Sucka, how's your #3 train ride?
- Osoyoos' own Chuck Kobasew was 2nd star with 2 assists and hits o'plenty.
- And yes boys (you know who you are), I'll give it up to Huselius having an alright game ;)
- Oh, how about the win in general? 6 in a row, baby, breaking the Wings' 9 game winning streak.
- Cleary: what's up with the helmet whacking?
Chucky gives Ol' Dom the people's elbow.have a good weekend, kittens.

'Dome was rocking tonight, and I think I can safely say I sit in the official 'Bones' fanclub section. Yells of 'pass it to Tony!!' all night, whether he was on the ice or not!
I thought we walked all over the wings. This is not the same team as two weeks ago.
Dion was absolutely dominant tonight.
So, LICORICE is your secret? I was wondering why your boys were able to turn it around and why my boys are still chasing their own tail like idiots.
I hate licorice! But i'm desperate.

Sherry: Yes, the long Nibs seemed to work. I took one bite, shook it at them as the camera showed them leaving the dressing room and yelled, "Do it!" like Ben Stiller in Starsky & Hutch.
I honestly think your doubting of Juice has karmicly (sp?) inspired him. He's on fire.
And Phaneuf's goal was absoultely fantastic.

Well I can keep on doubting him then. I do have him in a pool, I keep forgetting that. Be prepared for a season of me poo-pooing him and you guys defending him.

Ya know, we ate some licorice @ the ducks v. blackhawks game and we lost in OT... maybe I need to try the shaking of the licorice... hahaha.. =D
and by the way, can I just say I saw the commercial that includes Dion Phaneuf (the My NHL comm) where he is holding his jersey and says, "this is how you say my name... (pause)... Dion." AHAHAHHAHA Oh man, I thought it was so funny, though, I know it's not really that hilarious.
